In Japan, putting on a kimono means the night will be special. For centuries it has marked life’s most important occasions, dressing up, gathering close and celebrating with elegance and joy.

At Izakaya Miyazaki, we invite everyone, friends and family, to share in this tradition. Book a private dining room and begin with a complimentary kimono fitting, before sitting down to a feast that captures the spirit of an izakaya.

The table is filled with the flavours of Japan, A5 Wagyu from Miyazaki, one of Japan’s most celebrated regions, seafood flown fresh from Toyosu Market in Tokyo, and dishes prepared in the tradition of robatayaki over binchotan charcoal, allowing each ingredient’s natural character to shine. Sake is poured, cocktails flow, and every kanpai carries laughter and connection.

Surrounded by Japanese décor and flavours crafted with care, the night becomes more than dinner, it becomes an immersion into Japanese culture, alive with the energy of celebration.
