We import our A5 Wagyu directly from Miyazaki, Japan’s most celebrated Wagyu region, to ensure unmatched freshness and quality. Raised with care by the Miyachiku cooperative, this beef is renowned for its marbling, tenderness and delicate sweetness that lingers with every bite.
