If Mum loves Wagyu and Japanese cuisine, there are two ways to celebrate this Mother’s Day choose between a hotpot with unlimited Wagyu or a 7 course set menu.
Enjoy an indulgent Japanese hotpot centred around the highest grades of Wagyu, featuring unlimited Australian Wagyu. Cook each slice at the table and share it as you go, a more relaxed, interactive way for the whole family to enjoy it together.
For something more structured, a seven course set menu exploring Japanese cooking through a balance of technique, texture and flavour, featuring our new signature dish, Black Cod Miso.
To make it extra special, every Mum is welcomed with a flower and a cocktail on arrival.
Both experiences are available on Mother’s Day, with bookings also open Friday and Saturday for those celebrating across the weekend. Vegetarian and kids menus are also available.
A5 Wagyu
The highest possible grade in Japan’s Wagyu classification, A5 represents the most intricate marbling, exceptional tenderness, and depth of flavour. Its texture is delicate, with a clean, refined richness that stands apart.
This level of Wagyu is rarely available in Melbourne. Miyazaki is among the few to import genuine A5 Wagyu directly from Japan, ensuring authenticity in every cut.

Our highest marbling Australian Wagyu, selected for its richness and full bodied flavour.
